My first room bedding was dirty, also the fire alarm was beeping non stop. I called the front desk, they wanted me to take them out , which is impossible due to not having a ladder and talk about unsafe. They switched us to a new room that was just as bad.

Cold review.

There was no hot water for showers either morning. Reported it to the office the first night but got no response. On checkout the clerk said I remember you telling me that yesterday and maintenance said it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed and made morning prep very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the response from the staff.

This is a decent motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium. When I checked into my room there was a cleanliness issue, but the hotel staff quickly fixed the problem after I told them about it. I like this motel, I plan to stay there again, and I recommend it to others. It's a well priced option.

They need more employees for check-in and the people that were working deserve a raise. We waited in line for a good 30 minutes. No water in the lobby. Our key card got us into our room, we left for a couple hours, and it didn't work so I had to go back down to get it reactivated. Not the best experience I have had.

We booked the room through expedia and then they charged us for the room. They are making it difficult to get one of the charges returned. Want us to send a bank statement showing both charges. Which we did, but no refund yet.

We stay every year for education week but this year was abit disappointing. Not as clean, floors not vacuumed in hallways, breakfast never had juice or yogurt or out of fruit. Just not as kept up but staff was super friendly and love the location

Spacious and close to BYU campus

We really enjoyed staying so close to the BYU campus that we could walk every day. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The first day the cook for the breakfast didn't arrive until 8 am which was a bit uncomfortable and we waited for the desk clerk to arrive at her desk for 15 minutes before we were able to check-in. We had quite a battle with the airconditioner which we needed to adjust daily for a consistent temperature. It seems quite old. The rooms could stand to be updated for a more modern look but overall, we would definitely stay there again. We absolutely LOVED the Tandoori restaurant next door which gave us a 15% discount because of our hotel booking.

Hotel was ok. Needs complete updating. Carpet in room badly frayed. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Elevator was extremely slow. Didn’t have breakfast. But, it appeared to be fine. Front desk staff friendly.
