Our beautiful home is in the very desirable Riverbottoms area just 12 minutes from Sundance Ski Resort. It has 2 60" and 1 36" TV's with Apple TV. Very fast 1GB internet and is setup to have party's. Non smoking and no pets please.

The house was great. Great neighborhood. Great location, however, the room that advertised 3 queen beds is really 1 queen bed and two queen air mattresses. While we liked the house and location, and also knew it was the primary residence of the owners, it was disappointing that some of the beds were not actual beds and were advertised as beds. The owners did leave some food in the fridges and the pantry and we hadn’t experienced that before, they indicated we could use whatever was in there and it was actually really nice not to have to buy the expensive pantry staples you sometimes need in other properties.
