So far the staff has been excellent and very helpful. Rooms are always nice, clean and spacious. I stay there every weekend for work and relaxation. It's easy to get to surrounding areas from there and parking is always available.

Let’s just say the front desk lady was very nice. The rest of the stay was that old adage you get what you paid for. Hair in the bed, mold in the shower.

It was not very clean. The bed was super hard and the pool was not working the the hot tub was green. And the staff was nice but not really worried about us just getting us to leave. There was room service. Just not the nicest place to stay. Needs work.

The property needs updating. It is in rough shape. It was also full because of its proximity to the university during graduation week. The cleaning staff tries and were kind. The office staff was a bit brusk. If you’re looking for luxury or comfort go elsewhere. If you’re looking for convenience, walk ability and low cost, it did the job.

They are “in the process of remodeling the property” to a “high end” property, there is no pool, no continental breakfast, the carpets are old and dirty, the beds need upgrades, they are hard and old and the pillows were tiny. The male staff member that I checked in with was rude. The only good thing about the property is it’s location. Next time I am spending the money to stay somewhere else!
