Really disappointing. The outlets between the beds did not work. We could not find anyone at the desk for over an hour this morning when we had an issue with the sink. Something in it blew off and water was squirting everywhere! We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work! The pool was out of order too. Really disappointing.

Well would of been nice to know ahead of time the pool was not working !! We always book ur hotel for our christmas trip from New York and bring our 3 grandsons in Rhode Island there to swim!! Ice machine was broke in our floor !! When I asked the front desk person what time the pool closes thats when i found out it was broke!!! I asked for some money back on our room he said I cant do thet !!What a good answer

Check in staff was friendly and engaging, Morning staff seemed bored. Room was in great condition Bed was very comfortable Tv and wifi did not work correctly Too much noise overnight Doors if not held while closing created a loud crashing sound which woke me several times late at night from guests returning from a night on the town bathroom was nice but lacking some face and hand towels. Since the price was reasonable, and it was just a place to sleep, I guess it was "OK"
