Poor condition!!

We stayed here for a wedding. Upon arriving and checking in, we found brown liquid in our bathroom trash, stains on the toilet rim and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Others traveling with us (parents of the groom) had a room that smelled like dog and the rug was damp. Minimal amenities in room. Pool was cold. Hot tub was in disrepair and very dirty. The only good thing was the front desk staff were friendly.

My room was pretty bad it smelt like an old locker room and it looked like it hasn’t been updated in years, also had issues with the keys. The women at the front desk was excellent and I felt bad for her because there so many issues with a lot of people’s room. The room next to us had no tv or phone because they ask us if we had them. Another guy told me his air conditioner was broke and he knew that because the cover wasn’t even on it. Probably won’t stay at this location again

The hotel is very convenient for air travelers. I arrived after midnight. Easy check-in. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The walls are very thin. Breakfast is nice in the morning and the hotel covers your Lyft ride back to the airport. There’s a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Freshly brewed coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Access to a microwave next to the ice maker. It is an older building, but it has been renovated. Good value for the price.

Shop inside, it was very convenient to have a shop right downstairs. The staff were very kind, respectful and accommodating, my phone died and my charger wasn’t working they kindly provided me with one. It made me very happy and felt safe staying at this property and it’s right close to the airport so very convenient.

This property is badly in need of an overhaul. Our room was shabby, with chipped furniture, stained and frayed upholstery and was mildly malodorous. And the price was more than twice what we paid at the Hampton Inn Worcester on our way North, which was quite nice. I was not happy.

I had high speciation for this hotel , but smelled like sewage due to the AC leaking water into the carpet. Also, there was no soap on the shower. All of them are very low or empty.
