Stay in the heart of Downtown Providence and enjoy the freedom to experience the city at your own pace.
This private one-bedroom retreat gives you more than a place to sleep—with a separate bedroom, comfortable living room, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer, it’s an easy place to settle in for a weekend or a few days in Providence.
Start the morning with coffee at home or at a nearby café, explore Downtown, Brown University or RISD during the day, then enjoy dinner, WaterFire, or a Broadway show at PPAC before returning to your own comfortable space.
Walk to restaurants, cafés, PPAC, the Riverwalk, Rhode Island Convention Center, and Amica Mutual Pavilion. Brown, RISD, JWU, and Providence’s major hospitals are all just minutes away.
Perfect for couples, university families, business travelers, medical visits, weekend getaways, and guests looking for the comfort of home during a multi-night stay.
Settle In & Feel at Home
Wake up in a comfortable queen bedroom and enjoy a slower morning before heading out for the day.
The dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to catch up on work, study, or emails between plans.
After exploring Providence, come back to your own living room to relax, stream a movie, enjoy takeout, or simply unwind. A queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when traveling with family or friends.
Cook, Dine & Stay Your Way
Having your own kitchen makes a few days in the city much easier.
Prepare breakfast before heading out, keep drinks and snacks on hand, make a simple dinner, or enjoy a quiet evening at home when you don’t feel like eating out.
The dining area is equally comfortable for morning coffee, meals, or planning the next day’s adventures.
Pack Lighter
An in-unit washer and dryer gives you the flexibility to pack lighter and refresh clothes whenever needed—especially convenient for multi-night stays, university visits, and business travel.
Explore Providence on Foot
One of the best parts of staying here is how much you can enjoy without getting back in the car.
Walk to PPAC, Downtown restaurants and cafés, the Riverwalk, WaterFire on select evenings, the Rhode Island Convention Center, and Amica Mutual Pavilion.
Brown University, RISD, JWU, and Providence’s major hospitals are all within easy reach.
Whether you’re here for work, a university visit, a show, or simply a few days exploring Rhode Island, this is an easy home base for experiencing Providence.
Parking
Paid public parking is available nearby.
We recommend the garage at 75 Clifford Street, approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Parking is typically around $20 per 24 hours and often less for shorter stays.
Once you’re parked, much of Downtown Providence can be enjoyed on foot.
Good to Know
The home is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.
