It's older and off the path but adequate. Check in guys are not friendly. Room walls thin and can hear everything happening next door. But price is cheaper than most others so you get what you pay for.

Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area. Some students that attend Bryant do live here for the school year, so that white bus you see coming around is not a shuttle for the hotel lol awkward. Breakfast is delicious and hotel room was so clean, like high quality clean.

I enjoyed my stay at the All Seasons Inn overall. Checkin was fairly quick as i had a reservation booked. Aircon cooled the room well. Breakfast was okay but I guess I may have had milk for the coffee that may have spoiled, otherwise everything else tasted fine. Checkout took less than a minute, and I was on my way.

Outdated and poorly maintained property. No notification that the pool was closed down. Our room key was given to guests who checked in after us and they came into our room while we were getting ready for bed.

Although the beds were clean, the bathroom was not. Dirt on the wall and on the ceiling. Air conditioning units were full of dust. Doorway from the lobby had jelly smeared on it. Need serious updating for the price they are charging. This was a $160/night hotel that should have been priced under $100/night.

Dated property that needs a serious refurb. Despite signs of age wear and tear the place was decently clean. Housekeeping was prompt and quick every day. Made beds, emptied trash, and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was not great. Decent place to stay if you don’t need much.

Last minute booking but close to our destination. Little hidden away hotel reasonably priced. Standard complimentary breakfast fare. Adequate heat on a chilly Rhode Island night. Night manager was just as friendly in the morning as when we checked in. A very good experience. In the morning we ventured out and discovered we were close to everything, happy bonus…
