Located 300 meters from the beach, the port and its restaurants and the city center, the residence is composed of 9 small buildings in a slightly dominant position.<br>Access to the beach and the center is very easy and can be done on foot in a few minutes by a path from the residence.<br>Our apartment is in front of the residence, without any vis-à-vis and with a direct view of the bay of Propriano through its large bay windows.<br>It occupies the entire upper floor (which corresponds to the first floor with direct access without stairs from the back), a small new building with 2 other apartments on the first floor, and has 2 outdoor parking spaces.<br>With an area of 140 m2, it is composed of a very large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and opens onto a terrace of 45 m2, equipped with a large table, an outdoor lounge and a plancha, all with a direct view of the sea and its magnificent sunsets.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which has a kitchen. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Very good location with great view.

The apartment is ideal for 3 groups, 3 separate bed rooms with 3 toilets and 3 showers. We could even get 2 extra kids beds so we enjoyed our stay with 3 families with kids. Very clean, well equipped apartment, only few minutes walk from the beach and the city center. Would recommend this place for any big group traveling to enjoy the restaurants and the beach in Propriano.

Super logement ! Très belle prestation, l'emplacement est idéal, les échanges avec le propriétaire et la conciergerie sont faciles. L'intérieur est propre et soigné, la décoration est faute avec goût. La cuisine est complète et pratique (tous les ustensiles dont on a besoin au quotidien sont présents). Nous sommes plus que satisfaits.

Top Objekt in toller Lage

Als Ehepaar mit 2 Teenagern totaler Luxus. 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 geräumige Bäder. Küche wirklich toll ausgestattet. Riesen Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Bucht, traumhaft. Wohnung sehr sauber und neu. Anreise und Abreise unkompliziert, Fragen wurden zwischendurch sehr schnell geklärt, top Service.
