For travelers wishing to use Separate beds:
-Double bed (sheets only): €20.00 incl. VAT / stay / bed (applicable when 2 or 3 travellers wish to use two separate beds or for any additional double bed prepared).

Studio T1 apartment of 28 m² with all comforts which consists of:
- A beautiful terrace with a mountain view of 10m2 offering a breathtaking sunset every evening.
- A bed with a double bed "Queen size" (160 cm),
- Another bed type sofa bed (140cm),
- A living room (main room) of 20m2 with its well-equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc...).
- A bathroom equipped with a large shower and a toilet,
- An HDTV,
- A parking space in the residence.
The apartment is also air-conditioned.

🔒 Mandatory security deposit:
In accordance with our conditions of stay, a bank imprint (pre-authorisation) will be made on the day of check-in (€1,000.00).
This operation does not result in any debit: the amount is simply blocked by your bank.
The imprint is automatically cancelled after departure if no damage or dispute is found.
