Fairytale property at the edge of the active little hamlet of Procter. Post and beam 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, huge livingroom with two bays, large family room , 1 full bath with clawfoot tub / shower, 1 laundry room with 1/2 bath. Galley kitchen with large eating bay window. There is a garden to roam and nibble seasonal berries or put a flower in your hair.

There are public beaches a few kilometers east and west, 2 regional and 2 provincial parks within 10 kilometers, a zipline, a fishing pier, general store, community hall, seniors center, café, library, cycling trails, The City of Nelson , the Village of Kaslo, and Ainsworth Hotsprings are within a 45 minute drive. THE kootenay Lake ferry floats by and can take you on BC' s longest free ferry ride. You will be perfectly situated to enjoy everything Kootenay Lake has to offer.
