In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items, etc., are included). Whale Watching : The humpback whale watching season is from November through April when the whales migrate to the warm Hawaiian waters to birth their young. German Marine biologists specifically reserved HollysKauaiCondo, so that they could monitor the whale migration 24/7 from the lanai, for their scientific study!

The Best Ali'i Kai Location & Condo: Hollys Kauai Condo has one of the best Ali'i Kai locations. Our condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor with No Stairs. Easily roll your suitcase from the parking lot into this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The condo is equipped with just about anything you will need to explore and enjoy the island: beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment with at least 6 sets of fins of varying sizes, beach umbrella, beach blanket, binoculars, cooler, games, videos, books and more.

We loved the condo especially the view which I enjoyed every morning watching the sun rise. The location was great and we very much enjoyed the beaches, the shops and the restaurants. Alan was very helpful in advising us on places to go and things to do. The management company was very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. But most of all, it was the VIEWS, the VIEWS, the VIEWS.

What an amazing place! We stayed in March and were able to see whales EVERY DAY from our balcony (and even our bedroom windows). Alan was the ultimate host and very responsive to all of my many questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and hope to stay again!!

We loved our stay at the condo. Location was convenient with easy access to outdoor activities, shopping and bars/ restaurants. The condo had a breezy and homey feel with an amazing view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise while sitting on the lanai every morning was so relaxing. The owners did an excellent job of communicating with us from the time we reserved the condo to the time we checked out. They made great suggestions for actives and dining. They seemed to truly enjoy sharing their beautiful condo with us and strived to make our stay wonderful. We hope to make it back soon!

The communication was great. The check in and check out super easy and super smooth. But, the best part was the view! The house was great and met or exceeded our needs for sure, but the view was unbeatable! And, we were super grateful for the beach chairs as well. The owners/managers were amazing to work with and shared local knowledge that we found helpful even having visted numerous times.
