Price-performance ratio not ok, far to expensive for that quality. Bed was good. Floor and bath ware clean. Bathroom only toilet and shower, no sink, very small, plumbing antiquitated. Floor uneven. Noisy, situated directly at the highway. Staff not at the location and unavialbe on the phone.

Nobody there at check in at 7:00pm. Called numerous times. I booked a room with two Queen beds. We had a Queen and a single.

This was neither a deer. Nor a view. Nor a lodge. It was mostly clean. Mostly comfortable but am I the only one who felt that there were hidden cameras watching me. The ac unit was from the 1980s and limping along like my dreams and my goals from that year. Beds were comfortable. I say beds cause there were a few that I tried. Didn’t dare shower in the morning with the bathtub tap that never stopped running the entire time I was there.

The room was filthy with cobwebs and crumbs by the kitchen table. You pull out the bed so you can put your cell charger into the wall and there is dirt on the floor. The coffee maker had an old coffee bag still in it. I was supposed to have a kitchen and all it had was a large fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Every drawer had debris in it. The shower head wasn't cleaned. The wine glasses had spots all over and just washed everything before I used it. The garbage can was filthy on the inside. There was green mold on the window with an addess binus of q dead moth. The containers holding the utensils and creamer and sugar was dirty. The inside cf the cubbards were not wiped down. The toaster oven was atrocious. A huge amountif dust ontop of it. The glass was dirty and all inside was dirty. The tray was greasy and had old food on it The bottom of the toaster oven has old grease on it. The fridge had crumbs in the freezer and fridge. It was not wiped out. I do housekeeping myself and there was no standards of cleanlinesa at all. Will not be staying there again.

Warning!

I was very disappointed with the Motel as it was in need of many repairs. Bathtub was filthy. Air conditioner did not work. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Dishes, cups were old and did not match. Smoke alarm was missing battery, Fridge made a terrible buzzing noise. Deadbolt in front door would not work as door was in terrible shape from being broken into.

This place is older and in desperate need of a refresh. Several things in the unit were in need of repair. It’s handy to have a kitchen but there is literally not even a mug in the place. Asked the desk but still never saw one. Heat was an oil filled portable radiator unit. Pretty chilly here in the dead of winter. For the price I would expect a lot better. If you want a old, outdated, basic motel with uncomfortable beds stay at the Cedars for half the price….

Don't stay here

It was like camping but with a roof. Quarter of an inch gap around the front door. No heat in the cabin so we woke up to 8 degrees and cold in the morning. Thought I'd warm up in the shower but there was a XL grasshopper in the shower. Obviously it was his home so no shower for me. Just don't do it!

Please Keep Looking

Arrived after booking. No one was there. We had to confirm/book along side hwy 3. Good luck with that. Broken shower. No working television. Batteries removed from smoke detector. Door to unit did not lock. Short, curly hair all over the walls and ceiling. Cobwebs all over every corner. We have photos of everything. This is more the fault of this website, more than anything else.

It was a last minute need to sleep place. The owner waited for us to arrive 9pm to check us in. Was very appreciative but the check in convo was extremely uncomfortable. Not only were we in the middle of no where at a motel, after telling him we were hockey parents, he said oh you just be rich then tried to keep asking more personal questions related to our belongings. Not only was the room over priced, there was no heat in main room, no weather guards on doors and overall extremely run down. It was 241.82 a night!!!!! Little did we know, there is a sandman 900 meters away for half the price. Expedia did not show us the option when choosing. #teamsandman
