It's a nice creative house, very interesting. Servis and food awesome. The be quite area not so away from downtown, if you have car, just 5 minutes and you are in downtown, a walking about 10-12 minutes. But in the winter is cold inside. Yeah they have in the rooms a personality hot fun but its not enough. I think for the hot season it's a great place and really cheap.

Room was spacious and clean plenty of pillows and blankets as well as bathroom products were provided. I had to do only 3 stars because the bed felt very old and worn out, we did not get a good sleep. The bunk beds were more comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast part of the Bed and Breakfast was lacking. The host stated that there were things provided in the fridge and freezer, such as eggs, yogurt, coffee creamer, etc. and guests were allowed to store things there as well. But when we went to the kitchen to get a snack, the fridge looked like it hadn't been emptied out in weeks, way more half eaten food than you would expect from 4 guest rooms. The freezer was the same. It was impossible to tell what belonged to other guests and what was provided by the host.

I was really unsatisfied with the condition of the room. There was a strong unpleasant smell, and I wasn’t confident that the blankets had been washed after the previous guests. Because of this, we chose not to use any of the pillows or blankets during our stay. On a positive note, the lady we communicated with was very nice and responsive 😊. However, overall cleanliness needs significant improvement.

The breakfast experience was similar to having an angry hungover pissed off at the world person forced to be there even though she asked us if we wanted breakfast and the time we wanted. I’m not sure if asking people “what do you want” for breakfast with an attitude is something that you ask people that are staying at your B&B and also having said that, you should be providing breakfast options on the table for example, fruit, muffins, granola bars etc the kind of stuff you get when you stay at a hotel with continental breakfast included. I’m not a B&B owner but I do know that you should respect all your customers in every way to make their stay a wonderful experience. It’s unfortunate that this was my first time visiting Prince Rupert and I enjoyed the town but I will definitely not stay there again. Also just a side note, there was zero security or privacy as in no key to our room door which I found a bit strange knowing that all my personal stuff could haven be stolen by others staying there.
