Great location with a wonderful view of the harbour. There were some issues with the shower head slipping on the bar but once asked the repairman arrived promptly to remedy the problem. The complimentary breakfast room was well run with helpful staff.

Comfortable room and clean. We had a city view room at ground level so my main complaint is from people starting and running their engine early in the morning even in July. An ocean view room would be much quieter and on the top floor. Breakfast was abundant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in a harbor room--lovely view, and very quiet. A new server was being trained in the breakfast room; she was cheerful, friendly, and super efficient. We had bagels and cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. Waffles, cereal, muffins were also offered. Good coffee. We were there on a Friday/Saturday in July, and crowds at breakfast were not an issue.

The hotel is just one block from the where the airport shuttle lets you off. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00, but if you have to leave earlier, they volunteer to give you a take away breakfast in the bag, as early as 4:30 in the morning.
