Good location close to grocery stores, gas station, Tim Horton, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free laundry. And the shuttle station to air port is just by the hotel. Very convenient if you need to take the shuttle. Is a bit noisy though, as it’s near by a pub.

The place seems to be a work in progress. Lobby and entrance are almost scary. Rooms have been updated but walls are Very thin. Our floor reaked of pot smoke at times. Staff were ok and breakfast was ok. There are better places in town

Breakfast was pretty good. The restaurant staff was excellent. The room was ok and felt clean enough. The bed was mediocre at best. My wife complained of a spring in her back. No secure parking and no assigned parking made it really difficult to find a parking spot and feel secure at 2am when we arrived off the ferry.

The room was acceptably clean, although the balcony had not been cleaned or the glass to the balcony. The front of the building was hard to distinguish where the entrance was, and the side of the building has been abused. Parking was very limited at best. Service in the restaurant was good as well as the food.

The room is clean and quiet. We had a room with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer which was helpful! Although there is a laundromat across the street. The location is walkable to everything and we had a great view. Our key card stopped working at least once a day which was frustrating. The exterior of the hotel is very dated, but it adds to the Prince Rupert charm. Breakfast was good and we appreciated that it was included, The gym has been renovated and was a great space to work out in. We had a delightful stay. My only concern is.....it's great that you can bring your pets, but we had to walk them blocks to find a grassy area for them to do their business on....so not entirely pet friendly.

The room was large, clean with the basic amenities. The desk staff were polite and courteous. No air conditioning. The first night there was a disturbance in the room above. Police and ambulance on scene for about 4 hours. I believe this hotel has low income housing rooms sponsored by the government. It’s getting pricy for what you get. Parking is street only.

Nice hotel - great breakfast - helpful kind staff. Hotel says renovated but the outside curb appeal is a bit rough but the rooms inside themselves are clean and somewhat new with neutral smell - nice view - and super great to open the balcony doors to let sea breeze in. Some noise from the street level (pedestrian walk beeps) good black out curtains. Nice size tub. Noise level in the hotel was minimal - the elevators worked well. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a lot of options with helpful servers. Parking is a bit of a wildcard but we always found somewhere. Safe area to walk around downtown for dinner etc.
