No hot water on the second day. When I phoned down to the front desk they asked me if I’d turned the tap all the way to the left, then they told me it needed to run for 10 minutes after 45 minutes it was still barely lukewarm. I have phone back down and they asked me if it was cold or lukewarm. They told me they’d send somebody up to the room nobody came up.

The staff were wonderful ! kind, helpful, good bunch! The room was not that good. faucets/spouts loose, lav tap hard to turn on to the point it felt as though it was going to break. lots of chip in paint, looks like there was a leak from above at one time and not really nicely finished. Generally speaking, it needs a quick renew, or a renovation.

Room was nice and clean. Pool and hottub were working and open. There was no wifi, that is really weird. Feel like they should have upgraded the tv to smart tv had to watch cable. Also there was a weird bathroom that had a shower where you can see into the bathroom. Weird??? Didn’t go opaque you could see right in there while showering and pooping! lol!

We had to switch rooms as the very old heat/AC unit was incredibly loud and started to smell and was clearly malfunctioning. They were very prompt in coming to look at it and bring us a new key to a new room but overall both rooms were just okay. I do appreciate their promptness in resolving our heating issue though!

The staff were so wonderful! I absolutely love the staff at the Ramada they are just so great at their jobs. The room was clean and cozy, however they have got to replace those pullout couches, the bed is terrible to sleep on. You feel every spring, it is so thin and uncomfortable. The fridge in the room buzzed the entire time, and the toilet ran constantly. It made it hard to get a peaceful sleep! But staff were amazing 😊
