The cleaning staff didn’t know how to make a bed. There are some maintenance issues, but the desk staff were excellent and the property was perfect for our family reunion with children of all ages. An outdoor picnic table or two would be nice to enjoy some fresh air. We have stayed there for years and will stay there again!

We liked the breakfast and the pool. Room was quiet. The only downside was unfriendly desk staff last night. Weren’t helpful at checkin, 2 boilers weren’t working, so no hot water until after 10 pm. Then hot water wasn’t very hot. Asked to be moved to a room that did have hot water pit were refused. Offered $20 off our bill instead. Last night the woman at front desk had a loud argument with a customer-really unprofessional! Wound up calling the police.

The cleanest hotel I have been to. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The best part was the breakfast was served hot and fresh and lots of selection. By far the best Pomeroy I’ve been to. Well recommended.

We had a great stay! Kids and adults had a great time at the waterslides. Room was clean and well taken care of. Had all we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffles and cheese omelettes with bacon. Only thing missing was fruit. Highly recommend.
