Staff was rude and tried to charge my card before I even arrived at the property and now tried to charge my card after I told them I wasn’t coming to stay since they were “worried” the room wouldn’t be secure even after I booked online.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially this last visit. My husband accidently dropped a glass bottle outside our room, and it was cleaned up almost instantly. Would recommend!

Frustrating with mobility issues

Frustrating as I had booked a ground level room months ago when I amended the dates and I was put into a room on the second floor with three sets of stairs. Minutes after checking into the hotel I walked into the room and there were hotel staff “double checking” the room was clean. This was uneasy as I had already checked in and the room should have been cleared in order for me to get my room key.
