Clean facilities and very good and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable and I would reccomend staying there. Be careful outside as there are lots of transient people but there is underground parking so peace of mind. Talked to an RCMP officer outside and just warned us about the weekend be aware and careful if outside in that downtown area. Overall a great comfortable stay.

There was no room in the basement parking. I had to park across the street. Broken glass on the ground and garbage. I asked the front desk if my car will be ok they said they dont have cameras facing that direction. Otherwise its a nice hotel.
