OK, aber mehr auch nicht

Für die Gegend und Lage recht preiswert, aber mehr auch nicht wert. Altmodische Einrichtung, großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, netter Wintergarten mit Sonne am Morgen, spartanische Küche, durchgängig unkomfortable Stromheizung, Warmwasser schwer zu regulieren, sehr hellhörig, Trittschalldämmung ist gar nicht vorhanden.
