"This looks to be a very new property, very modern. Gaining access to the property was not smooth. Had struggled in the days proceeding with having to fill out multiple online forms, but all presented in German language. Upon arrival had another form to try to fill in, but still couldn’t gain access to the room as the instructions were confusing. Called the owner in the end, who reluctantly gave assistance. Your ability to access your room is via a weblink, so must always have phone with you and only the person with that link can open the room door. Once inside the room it looked very nice, but we later found had more issues with technology in the room. no kettle - but there is a snack shop out in the car park with coffee machine inside (for a fee). In the room there is an automatic light in the foyer which comes on each time anyone walks past - sounds great until this happens at night when someone goes to bathroom and wakes up the other room guest. (Eventually we found a way to turn this off.) The biggest problem was the heating, which is supplied via underfloor heating. We tried repeatedly but the control until wouldn’t switch off and kept increasing the temp. In early hours of night it was 26C in the room and just too hot to sleep. Couldn’t have window open as we were on the ground floor and the window is actually a patio door, creating both security risk and road noise. Location is very convenient for visit to Lake Chimsee."
