Centrally located in Prien am Chiemsee on the beautiful Seestraße, our high-end apartment—with the charming name “Weltenbummler”—features a modern yet laid-back boho style and welcomes adventurous guests, families, and groups of friends who want to savor the moment and enjoy some time together.
The spacious vacation apartment, which was completely modernized, renovated, and refurnished in the summer of 2025, is located on the first floor of an apartment building on the beautiful, bustling Seestraße in Prien, with many restaurants just around the corner.
The building itself dates back to the 1980s.

The apartment, measuring a good 54 square meters and featuring a south-facing balcony that invites you to relax and soak up the sun, is located in a multi-family building. The vacation apartment, located on the 1st floor, was completely modernized and renovated in mid-2025 and features a brand-new kitchen, 2 separate rooms, a modern, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a welcoming entryway, all furnished to a high standard in a modern, inviting boho style, ready to welcome guests who love life.

“Live in the moment”: You’ll find our life motto reflected not only in the apartment’s amenities. We know all too well from our own experience how difficult it can often be, amid the stress of everyday life, to consciously appreciate life’s small yet crucial moments and to be fully present in the here and now. That’s why these little “moments of joy” await you in your MY STAY apartment: Start your day mindfully on the sunny balcony with your first cup of freshly brewed coffee. Through one of the many sports or recreational activities, as well as the famous sights around Lake Chiemsee and in the surrounding area, you’ll shake off the stress and worries of everyday life—and afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to devote yourself entirely to your partner and/or family. To that end, our accommodation offers games, books, and activities for all ages—for example, on topics such as mindfulness, personal development, or communication.
For a stay with children, there are also toys, as well as useful items such as a travel crib, a high chair, and children’s tableware.
In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in our queen-size bed in the bedroom, featuring a hotel-quality mattress and pure cotton linens. Two additional guests can sleep comfortably on the Sits queen-size bed, which you can easily transform from a designer couch into a full-size bed with its own slatted frame and high-quality mattress in just a few simple steps right in the spacious living room. Here, too, you can wonderfully reflect on the day’s events.

Sustainability is important to us: That’s why we try, as much as possible, to design our facilities and the consumables in the apartment using sustainable materials. Our selection of organic teas, which you’re welcome to help yourself to for free while you’re here, comes from the Upper Bavarian manufacturer “Herbaria.” The coffee is produced and roasted locally by a small family-run business. We also avoid disposable items as much as possible.

Since 2023, we at MY STAY have been operating very special vacation rentals in Upper Bavaria with a focus on mindfulness and slowing down. We ourselves are from the Rosenheim area. Our accommodations are located in Fischbachau (near Schliersee), in Bernau am Chiemsee, and—brand-new starting in fall 2025—right in Prien am Chiemsee.
