In our newly renovated vacation rental, modern comfort meets Bavarian charm! The stylish decor combines contemporary design with traditional, one-of-a-kind pieces from the region that we’ve lovingly restored. The result is a unique, cozy atmosphere.

Furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—cozy, inviting, and with that certain something.

Layout of the Vacation Rental
1. Kitchen-Dining AreaThe kitchen-dining area combines cooking, dining, and relaxation in a stylish setting. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for daily use—including a capsule coffee machine and an induction cooktop. The dining table seats up to four people and is also ideal as a workspace for remote work. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation rental. A cozy sofa invites you to linger and can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa if needed. For evening entertainment or relaxation, you can use the all-in-one audio system (radio, Bluetooth, CD, USB) or the flat-screen TV.
2nd BedroomThe bedroom features an extra-wide (2 m), comfortable double bed, offering plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. A charming highlight is the original farmhouse wardrobe, which not only exudes history but also provides ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The reading chair with a floor lamp and book shelf invites you to read or relax. Blackout curtains provide pleasant darkness—ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep.
3. Bathroom: The newly renovated bathroom impresses with its modern design and high-quality fixtures. A walk-in shower with a handheld and overhead showerhead ensures a comfortable shower experience, while natural wood elements create a warm atmosphere. A window lets in natural light and provides pleasant ventilation.

4. Outdoor Area
Enjoy the outdoors on two private terraces that are exclusively at your disposal.
North TerraceThis quietly situated terrace is pleasantly shaded—perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Equipped with comfortable seating and a small table, it invites you to relax with a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply unwind. The area is well-screened and offers maximum privacy.
South Terrace (Entrance Area) The spacious south-facing terrace is the ideal spot for sunny hours. Shade is provided by our beautiful vinegar tree and a parasol. Here you’ll find a large table where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, have lunch together, or wind down the day with a glass of wine after a hike. The terrace is located right next to the entrance to the vacation rental and offers a view of the green garden.
We are a young, friendly, and fun-loving family with two small children.
We ourselves have loved to travel extensively for many years—always in search of special places and authentic encounters. Our focus has always been on getting to know the culture, the country, and, above all, the people.
After gathering many impressions and experiences far from home, we finally found our home in our native Chiemgau—a place where we feel completely at ease and which we would now like to share with you.
