Experience the Wild Side with three homes on a 10-acre zebra ranch! This 6-BR, 4.5-bath retreat sleeps up to 16, with zebras, yaks, pigs & more—just 1/4 mile from Granite Mountain Trailhead and 15-20 mins to downtown Prescott. The property includes a Main House, Cottage, & Tiny home within walking distance to one another!

The property also includes access to an enclosed Gym with Basket ball, Volley ball, and newly installed Pickle Ball Court!

Weddings require the Zebra Venue to be rented.

Additional Information:

- Pre-Arrival Requirements: Guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, House Terms Agreement & Lease within 24 hours of booking. Prescott City Short-Term Rental Code 4-9 requires a government ID verification, securely submitted through our provided link. Reservations are not confirmed until forms are completed. If forms are not complete within the 24-hour period following booking, NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel the booking reservation under platform Cancellation Policy.

- Primary Booking Guest must be 25+ years old and must stay at the property. The primary guest is responsible for all
group members.

- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to $300 may be required, based on past reviews and group details. Deposits
are requested via invoice and refunded within 3-5 days of check-out, provided the home is left in good condition.

- Background Checks: Basic screening may be conducted to ensure the best experience for all guests.

Guests can access the entire Compound house and outdoor living space including patio, pergola and turf.
