I stay here a few times a year and am always blown away with how wonderful the people who work here are! They help make my stay more pleasurable. The rooms are always spotless. The location is perfect! I love this place!

Our room was not ready till four. The room I reserved was not the room I got. I reserved a room with a fire place. We did not get that one. They stuck us in one of the back area rooms because it was all they had left over. The staff seemed over whelmed and very disorganized. The room seemed clean. Just out dated.

Was not told how to lock the door which made us late for dinner. The parking was not good had to park in next section over from our room then walk to our room. Had to use bag clips to keep the curtains closed all the way with curtains closed there was still a gap and people could see in your room. Microwave and coffee pot are located in the bathroom room toilet are. Not a very good experience at this hotel

The staff were super friendly upon checking in and out. The room in general was super nice and clean very much comfortable. The area in general was super nice too and we had no issues throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to other people who wanna travel up!
