The room was clean. The fridge was hidden in the wall and took us a few minutes to find it. We had a nice quiet sleep. Breakfast next day was a disappointment. A "Grab n' Go" bag containing an apple, a small orange and some granola bars and jube-jubes. Not what I was expecting.

I love that this is an older style motel where you park in front of your individual room. The room has been updated. It was very clean, and had very nice towels. They even provided some toiletries, a coffee maker, and a Grab Bag breakfast. I had a small room, but it was just me and just for one night. It's close to the famous Whiskey Row, so plenty of dining choices around. I would only suggest some slightly better pillows (though they gave me 4), and an extra blanket in the closet for those of us not used to cooler weather. And the price was the best thing of all! So affordable! When you just want a place to snooze after a busy day, you can't beat this! Very friendly employees, as well. Check-in was a breeze!

Parking was plentiful and the room was comfy. I've been to several hotels they offered waffles, bananas, cereals, yogurt and orange juice. That was the only tiny issue I had. Staff is very friendly!

The room was filthy. It smelled like smoke and feet. Rude staff. My girlfriend was sick in the hospital for a week and we don't have a bath at our place less than a mile up the road. We went to go make her a bath and realized the bath stopper didnt work. We called and they said they had no maintenance there at night. So they said the best they could do was upgrade us and give us a different room which is typical. We had to change rooms at 11pm and the room was across a main street hundreds of yards away. So I had to pack the car and move all of my stuff across the street. We get there. Get settled. We go to draw her another bath and there isnt even a bath stopper in the bath of the new room. So I call again and i tell him and he tells me to use washcloths to plug the drain. I told him id rather just get a refund and leave and go somewhere else and he said that there wasnt anyone there that could process

Arrival was chaotic. Very busy road. Have to pull into one driveway to register, then had to go back out onto main road and pull into driveway next door for room. Bed extremely uncomfortable. 3 pillows barely equaled 1 good pillow. Very dated. Non smoking room with designated smoking right outside door so everybodies smoke came into our room. Parking lot iver crowded

Maria at the front desk was AMAZING and super helpful. Bed needs an upgrade as it was folding under weight. Shower curtain rod was broken. Location was nice and quiet and coffee was great. Loved the thoughtful breakfast prepping. Thanks again.
