Hairs all over bedding

I stayed one night but I wouldn’t stay again. It was well located for my needs but the room itself was gross. I pulled back the sheets and noticed hairs all over the bed. Got a closer look at the pillows and they also had hairs. It looked like they just fixed the sheets and did not wash them. I slept on top of the bedding and tried not to think about it

Reserved a room with a fireplace, first room given had no fireplace. 2nd room had an electric fireplace with no heat just light. Carpet in room was coming up in various areas and it's a trip hazard. Sheets had stains and the coffee maker was dirty inside the water reservoir.

The fireplace picture fooled me. The fireplace wasnt really a fireplace and it was a loghtbulb that barely shined and it was very dissapointing because that was the reason i chosed that hitel and room. Other than that everything was ok. Did not have breakfast because the area for it was so small i didnt think it would have a legit breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay.

I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded.

Did not like that the room was not made up because we forgot to put the sign on the door. Have never had anything like that happen at any other motel. Rooms are always are always made up sign or no sign.

The room was decent. The bed was fine. My only issue was with the air conditioner. I expect the room a/c units to be noisy, but this one sounded like it had a plastic bag stuck inside. It made the a/c even louder and a bit annoying. It wasn't so bad that it ruined my trip, but it was pretty annoying. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Found long hair in sheets. Pillows were way too flat. I was sick for 4 days on Wednesday. Floors were dirty and I felt very uneasy sleeping in the bed which was too flat and pillows were smelly. Front desk gave me a new pillow for Sat night sleep. Was not a very clean hotel for $111 a night.
