The newly renovated and modernized 1500 sq. ft. space offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, deck and a spacious living space full of windows, and is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers or any visitors taking in the sights of the Prescott area.

Just up the hill from Acker Park, the property is a short ride or drive to Goldwater lake and trails 330, 396, 62 and the Prescott Circle Trail. This is a great place to relax and unwind when you are here for the Whiskey 50, the Prescott Rodeo, the many art fairs, music festivals or just a weekend away.

Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with clear views of the mountains surrounding Prescott and its city lights, you will likely see deer, javelina, coyotes and other wildlife amble through the yard. If you are traveling with bikes and other expensive gear, you can park / store stuff right in the garage or park in the shared driveway.
