The Grape House has an open floor plan. Spacious 400 sqft private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer.
It is located in walking distance of Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square.
Bright & Cheery with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate. Off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk. 2 Dogs allowed max. for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Not to far away from the courthouse square. Very quiet and private. King size bed, nice size bathroom and kitchen. Very nice, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. I have it down as one of my favorite places to stay.

The Grape House is the perfect getaway for couples!! The bed, bathroom, kitchen all were super. We just wanted a clean and comfortable place to sleep after hiking, shopping, and dining out. This had everything we wanted. Our only concern was parking in the dirt spot. Getting in and out was a little tricky. But we walked to almost all of our outings. We look forward to returning to the Grape House!!

Cozy and quiet. Clean and plenty of room for couples looking to stay a few days to a couple weeks.The house is close to the grocery mart, many lakes; and, many local restaurants that offer delicious food and a good atmosphere. My partner and I enjoyed taking a walk around the neighborhood, and taking pictures of the lovely scenery. As well as stopping in for local eats and shopping. The house itself has beautiful features inside that make great background for taking pictures together. We miss the grape house and hope to book again in the future. I wish we had visited longer. Thank you for the lovely experience :)
