Nira - Smart & Luxury Home is a spacious and comfortable designer home that opens onto a living area framed by arched architecture, which conceals all the interior spaces. It features 2 bedrooms, both with king-size beds and state-of-the-art technology; 2 bathrooms with large shower stalls; a kitchenette; and a living-dining area equipped with all the amenities. Another highlight of the home is a massive terrace (over 150 square meters) where you can relax while enjoying the ocean view, and an adjacent garden with fruit trees and vegetation typical of the Amalfi Coast.
Guest Access
Guests will have the entire house and all outdoor spaces (including the terrace and garden) for their private and exclusive use, without sharing with third parties. Additionally, private parking (150 m from the property) in the center of Praiano is offered as an extra service.
