Nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, this cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You can make the most of sunny days in the enclosed garden, which is perfect for children or simply for relaxing in the shade of the trees. The icing on the cake: a private pool just for you, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in complete tranquility. Just a 10-minute drive away, you’ll discover Cahors, a city of art and history famous for its Valentré Bridge, its medieval streets, and its market featuring local products. Wine lovers can visit the vineyards of the Cahors appellation, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy hiking in the Lot Valley or canoeing. Many picturesque villages, such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie or Rocamadour, are also within easy reach for day trips. A true haven of peace, ideally located for exploring the treasures of southwestern France! This single-story vacation rental is attached to the owner’s home. There is an outdoor area in front of the house with parking for 2 cars (plus additional spaces available in front of the property). The entryway leads to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with linens. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with 140 beds and one with a 160 bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. Bathroom and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning throughout the cottage. Covered terrace with a lounge area and patio furniture. Enclosed garden with a round pool secured by an alarm, a barbecue, and an electric griddle. Dry toilets near the pool. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, a bag of wood pellets, and electricity (based on meter readings to be arranged with the owner) are optional.
