Family house of the XIXth century located in the heart of the old historical Cahors. Ideally located with its incredible view on the cathedral and the Mont Saint-Cyr. The interior is full of beautiful family mementos including paintings by an artist who was simply the grandmother. You will enjoy its 100m² garden for moments of relaxation and sharing! The owners will make you discover their passions (truffles and beekeeping). This small street of Bousquet, typical of the old Cahors is amazing and the quietness that reigns there is restful. Very close to the local market of Cahors and its Halles to enjoy and discover the Lotoise gastronomy! House composed of two floors. On the 1st floor: a balcony terrace of 6m² which gives direct access to an equipped and integrated kitchen as well as to a living room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 90 and 1 bed in 160), shower-room, independent WC. On the 2nd floor: a balcony terrace of 5m² which gives access to one of the bedrooms as well as to the lounge area, 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 180, 1 bed in 160 and 2 beds in 90), bathroom, independent WC. Electric heating. Wifi access. On the ground floor: a room with washing machine and dryer.
