The room was so cute - love the decor and feel of the room! Very well appointed to make it comfortable and make you feel cared for. Location is amazing - the ocean is steps away. Hearing the waves was lovely!

This place is amazing! I came for only one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay as the rooms provide many more amenities than a traditional hotel room. The property is extremely clean, quiet and so retro cool maintaining a lot of the original 1950’s vintage feel of the original motel.

First of all, Joelle is the best. Felt very taken care of by her. 10/10 customer service. The hotel itself is super cute; the pool is LOVELY. No complaints at all. The only thing to note is: If you think you and your partner can share a Queen size bed (and you typically don't), you might want to reconsider that. If we stay here again, we will definitely be picking a bigger bed LOL.

Great Adults-Only Hotel in New England!

Staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Portsmouth and Hampton Beach a short drive away. The beach across the street is a great place to sit and enjoy nature. You'll have to climb a rocky hill but its worth it. Only negative was the room smelled like cigarettes eventhough it is not allowed.

Stay was ok. Had to climb stairs to the apartment in the dark. Only light on was blinking. Said there was an Ocean view.There was not. Had to cross the road and climb a huge burm to see it . Deck was not private shared with apartment net door. Expected slot more for what I was charged.
