Pipe work was done on water lines. Could not take a shower before my event because it was dirty. Ran water lines for 2 hours still dirty. Gave up. Heater in room didnt produce hot air. Room only got up to 67 degrees. I was so cold. No help from the desk.

Hostess was pretty rude told me we had no reservation but later found it was interrupted bye another customer who was given a room and someone was already in it. The room was in poor shape ants on the floor none of the doors to the building were locked anyone could’ve walked in didn’t even stay the last night had enough won’t stay again.

When we checked in the front desk worker spoke little to no english. We get up to our room and get settled for the night to then receive a call from the front desk in broken english asking if we had got checked in ok, when she was the one who checked us on. 5 minutes later there was knocking on our door as we were trying to sleep, the front desk had given a new couple our room number and key cards to it after she checked us in. The young couple went back to the lobby after they realized the front desk over booked the room. 5 minutes after this we receive yet another phone call from the front desk in broke english asking who we were and what room we were in. This was hands down the most unprofessional and worst service we have ever seen, and yes we did not expect much from a motel 6 but this somehow was worse than what our expectations were.

This hotel is very conveniently located to the Interstate and has plenty of shopping and eating options right across the road. It is a pet friendly hotel, which is great for people traveling with their fur babies, however when you step in the lobby area and elevator there is a very strong pet odor. Our room was clean enough and did not smell.

First- the woman at the desk- professional and top of the line. Excellent! Well dressed and well spoken. She deserves better than this dangerous place. This place is surrounded by trash and vagrants. There is no safe, specified place to walk dogs. Do not stay here. We eventually left, despite having traveled 9 hours. I would rather drive 5 hours more than stay here.

Disgusting and terrible customer service

Found someone else’s ear plug on the floor. The It was dirty and outdated. The facet in the bathroom sprayed everywhere soaking not only the counter but also the floor. The outside side door near our room doesn’t latch. The woman that checked us in was very rude and short. Would not recommend.
