Booked this room for vacation with grandchildren based on heated pool and hot tub. Called the night before to verify all was good with regards to the pool and hot tub. Was assured everything was good. Arrived to find hot tub was broken. Pool was VERY dirty with hair everywhere. In addition, hotel was surrounded 360 degrees by construction. Literally an island in the center of construction . We stayed one night since check in was at 3 . Could not feel comfortable AT ALL with all these factors for a “vacation” Checked out the next morning and went to different hotel, very disappointed for young children..

The room was small but clean and the front staff was courteous. We were very disappointed with the hot tub and pool area. Not well kept and the hot tub was a complete filthy mess. The first day we were there the jets were not working properly, the water looked dirty and it was making a horrible sound. The last 2 days it was out of order.

There was lots of dust on top of the refrigerator and the room was a bit dry, expected for this time of year. Otherwise, the service was amazing, people were super friendly and the room was beautiful. We definitely would go back again.

Do NOT stay here if you are traveling with a pet. Hit with a $75 fee for room cleaning upon check-in,which is higher than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in with my dog. I was told that this is the Hilton standard fee for pets staying at their properties. $25-50 is more typical. $75 is extortion/profit. Also, the hotel is surrounded by chain-link fence and construction, making it creepy.

Everyone was super friendly and the room was great! One disappointment was that there were issues with the hot tub near the pool. When I do go away, which isn't often, I search for a hotel with hot tub/pool. The hot tub was closed when we arrived due to heat levels. We were able to use it briefly later on, although still very hot. I wanted to use it in the morning, it was scalding and definitely not usable. I have been to this hotel before and it wasn't a problem then, I'm hoping in the future to try again:(. Thank you.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff was great - easy and fast check in. Only negative was the small dogs yipping most of the night in the room next to me keeping me up most of the night. Maybe consider a pet-dedicated floor so that if you don’t have pets with you, you don’t get stuck on a floor or even worse, in the room next to animals that bark at all hours of the night. It definitely deters me from booking there again as it was very annoying.
