Welcome to our beach house sanctuary on dead-end street in Portsmouth (short drive to Newport and Bristol). You can feel the breeze and watch playful seagulls here. This Island Park neighborhood offers beachy atmosphere where you can go for a walk or run, ride a bike or go kayaking or swimming. The house is right next to playground and offers lots of privacy. The beach is at the end of the street along with several restaurants, clam shacks, breakfast places and cafes within walking distance. We offer amenities like kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, grill, outdoor table and chairs for 6, and fully fenced yard that makes is it very safe for young children and pets.

This house was a perfect location and exactly what our family needed. A playground next to the property made it perfect for families with young kids. A quick walk to the beach. And communication was very easy

Absolutely great house! Even better in person. Huge fenced in backyard which was awesome for my dogs. At the end of the road & adjacent to a large park but also a short walk down the road to the beach. We were about a half hour from Newport. The house was super clean and comfortable and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Portsmouth is a great little town!

The place was very clean and the yard was very pet friendly. Entirely fenced in, my dog was so excited to play in the yard. It was close to everything we needed it to be. It was very easy to get in touch with the host and would answer questions really quickly. House had enough towels and extra blankets. We were all very happy there.
