PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo!

Gosto sempre de ler avaliações para escolher meu hotel então vou tentar ser o mais completa possível na minha. O hotel é bom. Próximo a praia taperapua, próximo o suficiente para ir de pé para a barraca toa toa porém longe o suficiente para não incomodar caso queira tranquilidade. A barraca de frente ao hotel recebe os hóspedes do mesmo mas é serviço terceirizado, portanto tem que efetuar sempre o pagamento no local. O consumo no hotel pode ser efetuado no check out. Falta comunicação visual no hotel sobre a programação do dia (bingos, hidroginástica etc) se colocar um papel na entrada do restaurante todos sabem o que terá e retém o hóspede. O café da manhã achei bom, com variedades, tem a moça que faz a tapioca na hora todos os dias. O jantar é excelente (fui com regime de meia pensão)comidas sem mta frescura, essa que fazemos em casa mesmo. Todos os dias estava deliciosa a comida, parabéns para quem é responsável por ela. Não me foi avisado que teria direito a uma bebida sem álcool no horário do jantar, só fui informada por uma colaboradora no segundo dia. Faltou essas informações no check in pois se ela não me informa teria ficado sem o benefício.Meu quarto tinha um cheiro ruim de esgoto, avisei na recepção mas nada foi feito. O quarto é ok, nem maravilhoso, nem ruim. O chuveiro é ótimo. A internet no quarto funciona bem, nas áreas comuns não. Eles emprestam toalha de praia e piscina. Enfim é um hotel bom, só precisa ter cuidado com alguns detalhes para ficar melhor.

O check in estava marcado para 14:00 mas a política do hotel estabelece 15:00. Tive de esperar 30 minutos para entrar o que não foi nada do outro mundo. A estrutura do hotel é ótima: piscina, poltronas de relaxamento, equipe de animação, refeitórios. A equipe é amável e cordial. Sobre o quarto, a ducha é fraca, apesar de quente, e não há sequer uma mesa. Só uma tomada estava visível e a sorte é que eu tinha uma extensão. Café da manhã bom e sem problemas com o wi-fi.
