Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Por se tratar de Resort a expectativa foi frustrada; Trabalhadores da Recepção despreparados/ sem experiencia. Café da manha deixou a desejar, não havia suco natural e sim maquina de suco industrializado, suco natural somente detox; não tinha iogurte e sim bebida láctea. Os copos das bebidas eram copos descartável comum; sustentabilidade zero. Opção de Jantar horrível, bife muito duro, sem opção para criança; inclusive a baby copa a torneira na funcionava, sem fogão e nem leiteira elétrica para esquentar nada; O Espaço Kids sem auxilio de nenhum trabalhador, os brinquedos esparramados pelo chão. Atividade de entretenimento fraca, inclusive o cinema anunciado era marcado e o hospede teria de conectar a conta de Netflix para assistir filme. Ou seja, nenhum padrão de resort.
