Well located and pleasant pool area. However, it is lacking fundamental aspects to qualify for a better rating than 2/3 stars. Worst breakfast we ever had! Mold in the shower of our bathroom. Partly missing linen for 2/3 beds.

Bem localizado, próximo às balsas e passeios. Fiquei na unidade 07 térreo. Chuveiro quente com bom fluxo. Ar condicionado funcional, quarto limpo, funcionários atenderam nossas solicitações e nos ajudaram bastante com informações sobre a cidade e passeios. Café da manhã é básico, tem frutas e pães. Quarto espaçoso e as camas eram ok. A estrutura aparenta ser mais antiga, como quase tudo na cidade mas atende as necessidades. O sinal de tv não estava legal mas no meu padrão de viagem não faz diferença. Recomendo se você tiver um padrão de viagem parecido com o meu que passa dia inteiro pela cidade explorando e precisa de uma base no final do dia com chuveiro quente, ar condicionado e cama ok.

A localização da pousada é ótima. Vc sai da porta já está na passarela do álcool. A locomoção é muito fácil e a estrutura da pousada é muito boa, no entanto a conservação e a higiene deixam muito a desejar. Alguns quartos nem janelas tem, baixos e escuros, sem circulação de ar. (Pedimos para trocar) Os lençóis são limpos, mas os banheiros são sujos… tudo q está estragado eles pintam…. Mas vc vê q é tudo muito velho e sujo. O café da manhã tem até fartura, mas por três vezes meu marido pegou bolos q estavam estragados… até dando linha… a melancia por dois dias estava estragada. O melão percebíamos q era do dia anterior … eles não descartam o q sobra e pelo calor, e por não ser armazenado da forma correta… perde… parece que os donos estabelecem que não podem jogar fora… o molho de salsicha é batata doce era o mesmo por dois dias.. em fim… poderia ter sido maravilhoso. Mas não fico mais neste lugar! O estacionamento é ótimo, os funcionários são responsáveis mas administração é péssima. Poderia ser um lugar ótimo… mas está muito mal conservado e sujo. As pessoas que frequentam em sua grande maioria também não tem educação. Som alto na piscina…. Se jogam pelos corredores…excursões lotadas… não são discretas… enfim: enquanto estávamos lá pessoas como falaram que estavam muito arrependidos da estadia…

Achei o quarto bem precário! Roupa de cama com jeito de reutilizada! Sei que a tarifa era barata, mas o lugar ou pelo menos o quarto que fiquei tinha umidade nas paredes, box estranho, tudo muito mal cuidado na parte de baixo!

A localização do hotel é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos passeios e pontos turísticos de Porto Seguro. Destaco também o serviço de portaria. Os porteiros são extremamente prestativos, simpáticos e têm um ótimo conhecimento da cidade, oferecendo indicações valiosas de passeios e lugares, o que enriqueceu nossa viagem. Por outro lado, a estrutura do Hotel precisa de melhorias. Os quartos e a piscina estão visivelmente velhos e sem a devida manutenção, o que prejudica o conforto geral da estadia. O café da manhã também é fraco e poderia ser mais variado e com melhor qualidade.

Localização e funcionarios excelentes Acomodação é muito aquém do minimo esperado Primeiro dia nos colocaram, num qto totalmente sem condições, cheiro de mofo , paredes e pisos encardidos Dia seguinte nos mudaram de qto onde deram um banho de tinta por cima dos encardidos q ficou razoavel , no último dia choveu e pingava na cama Roupa de cama e banho antigas , toalhas surradas e rasgadas Cafe da manhã basico dos basicos Enfim? Funcionários nao tem culpa , mas a administração precisa urgente melhorar o q entrega , pois a localizacao é fantastica Triste ter q relatar o q passamos e espero q possa ajudar q administração a cuidar melhor do hotel

Atendimento ótimo, café da manhã na média, mas o quarto parecia o quarto branco do CAPs. Sem janela para uma ventilação, somente uma tomada pra recarregar celulares. TV que só ficava passando propaganda SKY e quando não somente canais abertos que travava sempre. Enfim fujam do quarto 38.
