This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel is amazing, it was one of the best experiences in our life, very comfortable and quiet room with fantastic views, perfect service and great staff. The spa is fabulous and possible to go there with kids from 6 years old. Breakfast was tasty, and Vinha restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The hotel also has a nice garden and transfer to the city centre, which was so convenient. We will definitely visit this place again.

The property itself was beautiful, isolated from the hustling vessel of Porto, and very inviting. They provided four water taxis per day, which was convenient. They were one way into the city. The room was beautiful, but there was no storage in the bathroom, so you had to put your things away each day or look at them, which looks cluttered. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the area is beautiful, many lounges to lie in the sun The breakfast was amazing each morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
