The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Access to the apartment requires climbing two flights of stairs.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a fantastic view.

This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen bed and a wardrobe. It has access to a backyard with outdoor furniture, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Santa Marinha is a picturesque Vila Nova de Gaia parish across Porto's Douro River. This charming area offers breathtaking views of the Douro River and the historic cityscape of Porto, with the riverfront perfect for strolls and taking in the scenic landscape.

The parish is well-connected to Porto by several bridges, ensuring easy travel for residents and visitors. Vila Nova de Gaia is renowned for its port wine cellars, and Santa Marinha is no exception. Many famous port wine cellars are situated here, where visitors can enjoy guided tours and wine tastings.

Santa Marinha also boasts various restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing a delightful mix of traditional Portuguese cuisine and modern dining options. Local markets offer fresh produce and regional specialities, making it a vibrant and inviting place to explore.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
