This was our first visit to Porto. The hotel is in the perfect location. and the staff was wonderful. Rui and Pedro at reception, Andrea at breakfast, and all the others were polite, caring, and so helpful. They arranged dinners, tours, and wine tastings for us. The property is clean and quiet, and beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning hotel - beautifully designed with interesting features to observe and enjoy. My family and I were in the two-bed royal apartment, which was spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were all super-friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a fabulous stay, from booking restaurants to providing information on what else we could do in the city.
