This hotel is the best we have booked with Hotels.com. The staff were professional yet friendly and extremely helpful...it was our first visit to Porto and to Portugal. The hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront.... close to dining options, boat cruises and shopping. Each morning we looked forward to our breakfast which was excellent.....a lot of choice and plentiful and fresh. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Wonderful, wonderful....

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived by Uber and had a difficult time finding the hotel and navigating the cobblestone steps with luggage. Later learned that a taxi can take you to the front of the hotel restaurant. Take a taxi not Uber.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is a bit hard to find, as you have to go down medieval alleys to find reception. Once you do, you find a very stylish hotel with an amazing staff. I highly recommend it.
