What a cozy and decent place of stay. Right next to Cheryl’s on 12th, this apart-hotel also had laundry services and close access to many grocery/drug stores. Although we had a rough first night due to issues with our room, we were upgraded the next day to a suite with no further issues! Harrison and Nina were very patient and accommodating!

This condotel is great for travelers who want to be in the middle of northwest Portland and have a full kitchen with their accommodations. Lots of space with very adequate amenities. Some might get a little confused that the check in is at the Mark Spencer Hotel that's around the corner, so let that be noted. The unit is not luxurious but very comfortable.

I got a great deal through Hotels.com, and honestly I was a little skeptical at first because I expected hidden charges or a surprise “resort fee” like the $35/day fee I had to pay at Hotel Zags in downtown Portland. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case here at all. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were also very helpful and allowed me to store my e-scooter in the storage area where a charging outlet was available, which I really appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the great experience. I will definitely stay here again.
