At The Hawthorne Hangout, nothing is more important to us than giving our guests easy, quick, walkable access to the best that Portland has to offer. We're also just a nine-minute drive across one of Portland's famous bridges to downtown and the Pearl District!
Our beautifully remodeled, modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is in the heart of SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, Oregon, boasting a walk score of 99. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, our space is truly one of a kind in this area. It has plenty of room for the whole family or large business groups, featuring three brand-new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets, and large pillows.
The bedrooms include large closets, dressers for clothing storage, and luggage racks for convenience. Each nightstand has bedside lamps with USB ports for charging your phone and other electronics. The unit is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a new couch, and stylish furniture for your comfort and convenience. The kitchen features quartz countertops and a large table that can seat up to eight for small gatherings. The home also includes heating, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace in the living room.
There is free parking with room for two vehicles in the driveway. Please note that this is an urban area with nearby traffic and walkable restaurants, which may not suit everyone.

Adding to its charm, the neighborhood boasts a standout food scene, making a day spent on the bustling Southeast street an effortless delight.
