We loved the pool and room accomodations. Our room had a private balcony for relaxing and reading. The indoor pool was awesome and we used it every day. Friendly, helpful staff members made us feel right at home. We'll be back!

The woman who checked us in was snarky for no apparent reason. Even my husband asked what I had done to irritate her. We were early for check in and I told her if we were too early it wasn't a problem as long as my husband could log onto the Wi-Fi for a Zoom meeting. She said she could check us in and since I had paid extra for a poolside room, I thanked her. She put us in the worst poolside room possible, in the very back corner with a bush in front of the patio so it was very dark and dirty. The interior of the room was meh, although the towels were nice. I do not recommend this hotel.

The pools looked like they had algea. No elevator and we were on 3rd floor. The carpets were gross and outdated. The ice machines didnt work, the air cinditioner didnt work and you didnt get room service unless you put sign out and they only changed the towels. It was nice and quiet but wasnt worth the money.

The Rhumb Line did not have beach access as I was expecting. The room was clean and the outdoor pool was very nice. But the rest of the resort was in need of a little cosmetic attention. Nice quiet setting.

This is an older property but the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is convenient to walk to restaurants, shops on commercial street
