The staff who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The worst part were the beds, they were hard as rocks. I don’t mind a firm bed, but these could really use a memory foam mattress topper, that would easily bring up the rating to 4 stars.

So we got a king size bed the bed was OK. The only problem I had was that the fridge didn’t work but other than that it was pretty good. The bathroom was clean. The bedsheets were clean at night. It was quiet. You really couldn’t hear any noise from outside or the hallway. The guy in the front desk was very nice. The office does smell like incense.

The room smelled bad. In the morning there was nobody at the front desk until 10:30. Everything was locked, I couldn't even reach anyone on the phone. I chose to check out early, they asked why. I said it didn't feel safe. I felt like I was the only person in the building. Desk person said it was safe, she was behind glass and 2 locked doors.

We got an amazing price for this room, and we enjoyed having a king-size bed. But, besides not being able to turn on the heat without help and the very strong odor at bed-time (Indian food?), it would have been nice to have a clock and coffee available.
