- Cozy one-bedroom, studio-style apartment in a cosmetically remodeled older fourplex, with the entry opening into the bedroom/living area rather than a separate living room.

- Galley kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas range, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and essentials.



- Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



- Mini-split AC/heat, with cadet wall heaters as backup.

Other Things to Note:

My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled, but the bones are still old. Although there are mini-splits, the place may still struggle to hold a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. This unit is part of an older fourplex and sits below upstairs units, so neighbor and street noise can be audible through the walls/ceilings. Light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise. Guests also have access to a shared, coin-op laundry room in the basement.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
