Really good stay for the family. Rooms open up to the swimming pool directly and pool is cleaned daily. This one felt like a proper hotel not like other motels using the name of best Western brand.

We always stay at the Pony Soldier when we are flying out of PDX. The layout with the courtyard around the pool is quiet and peaceful.. The front desk staff, cleaners, and breakfast providers are hard-working and courteous.

Amazingly good hot breakfast each morning. The property is very clean, it's just in a not-so-good area. However, the lobby entrance is always locked and requires your key card to get in. Nice pool area, although I didn't use it. Comfortable bed with plenty of good pillows. I have stayed here a few times and will return.

A nice budget and family friendly hotel near the airport. The pool was clean with a nice jacuzzi. The room was spacious and had agood coffee machine. The breakfast was ample and pretty darn good. All in all it was a nice stay. The location is close to the airport and easy access to the highway however not pretty for walking aorund/sightseeing. We stayed there for one night at the start of our trip and one night at the end of our trip. We would stay again.
