This was my third stay, and it definitely fell short of expectations this time. I had booked a beautiful queen room in the Jefferds House, which is the house I’ve stayed in previously and loved. The renovation is stunning. On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from reception asking if they could upgrade me to a king suite in the main house instead due to “weather”. So I arrived and it turns out they just wanted to move everyone to one property, no weather. The main house is very dark, and frankly depressing. Towels seemed very shabby, just overall not a wonderful experience like previous visits. I would stay again, but insist on the Jefferds House or bust.

We had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe Queen on the first floor of the Jefferd's House. The room was bright, cheery, updated and clean. The fireplace was a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this property and definitely plan to stay there again.

The rooms are newly renovated, spacious with great bathrooms. The staff is excellent and the daily breakfast is scrumptious. Great shopping nearby with loads of wonderful restaurants. 5 minute drive to Walkers Point and the historical museum. Kennebunkport is a must see.
