This was a great place to stay with family ir friends. Large comfortable rooms, each room had a bathroom attached or right next to it. Comfy living room and beautiful views from the balcony. You can hear the ocean at night when the busy road is quiet. We were overlooking the pool so we could watch our teen in the pool. Conveniently located. If you need complete darkness when you sleep, bring along something to cover your eyes. A couple of the rooms have bright lights outside the windows, which was for safety and was understandable. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Location is wonderful, very short walk to the beautiful Gulf. There is a closet full of beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and lots of sand toys. A beach cart is available as well. I was a bit concerned there might be noise from the pool, but the unit is very quiet and peaceful. Beds are very comfortable, however, both king beds are very tall, requiring step-stools (provided) to get into them, something to consider if you have mobility issues. There is a Keurig and drip coffeemaker combo. There is no hair dryer in the unit. Shower water pressure is good. Living room seating is comfortable. There is no dining table, and the bar stools are too tall to fit one’s legs under the counter. Owner does provide several folding TV tray tables so you can sit on the couch and eat. Small repairs are needed, which I understand the owner is attending to following our visit. Once these are done I’d add another star. Mary from the management company was a delight, very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Awesome Condo!

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shells. The house was clean, comfortable, had lots of games and activities to keep our kids busy during the rain storms, and had very comfortable beds! The kitchen was well stocked, we brought food to grill the first night and had everything we needed. We brought beach chairs and toys but really didn’t need to, there was a closet full of beach supplies and we really only needed to bring towels.We’ve already stayed in this complex before because of the great location—right next to our favorite restaurant Mango Marley’s, a short walk to the beach and the added bonus of a pool/hot tub when you need a break from beach. I hope we get the chance to visit Sandy Shells again, the check in and check out process were extremely easy and we really enjoyed our stay!
