Spacious condo and just as described in listing. Great location with easy access to beach. Minor cleaning details such as dust & food remnants visible when sofa recliners are raised. Master bath shower does not drain properly causing water to stand in the shower.

Wonderful unit with all you need

Overall we loved this property. Second time we’ve stayed in this complex but first time in this unit. The layout was perfect for our family of 6 and the unit had everything you could possibly need - kitchen tools/cookware, games, beach gear. Also well stocked with dish/laundry supplies. This unit is right off the elevator and stairs so very convenient to get to parking garage. Also close proximity to the pool. The unit was very clean overall with the exception of the floors and it was hard to keep them clean with just a swiffer as the vacuum cleaner did not work well.

A lovely, spacious, quiet, and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Grocery stores are 15-20 minutes away, but that is not a problem if planning ahead for your meals. Will book again for a future family vacation.

Amazing place at a beautiful beach

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach. We wanted to find a beach and place that was peaceful and relaxing and this was the perfect place. The city is small and quiet and no touristy stuff at all. It was so enjoyable. The condo was the perfect fit for us, it was clean and close to the beach and big enough to have our family and not feel like we were on top of each other. The checkin/checkout process was smooth and when I had a question, the agent responded very quickly. We will definitely be back to this condo.

Overall unit was good. Guest bedroom with queen bed is not comfortable at all. We left 2 days early because me and my husband couldn’t rest well. Great access to pool and beach. Some maintenance needs to be taken care of with kitchen sink coming unglued…. Had to call on Vacasa because electricity went out in the master bedroom one night. We couldn’t locate the breaker box. They came in a timely manner and repaired the issue same day.
